Sophomore album by Paunkholm is a self-titled one and it is a follow up to Kaflaskil from 2017.  Paunkholm is the alter ego of one Franz Gunnarsson who writes all songs and lyrics.  Franz is a highly prolific musician and a member of two of Iceland’s most prominent rock outfits of the last three decades, Ensími and Dr. Spock.

Paunkholm shows the raw and unfiltered side of Franz where he looks into the eyes of his unconscious side and  emotions.
